Aberdeen on the Way Back for Flybe Magazine

I’ve been visiting Scotland’s third largest city of Aberdeen regualrly since I used to go up there as a wee boy for holidays with my uncle and aunt. It’s a great city that I have always had a soft spot for.

‘Europe’s Oil Capital’ has of course had its problems of late as global oil and gas prices have fluctuated, but I’ve just been back researching a big piece for Flybe’s in-flight magazine and I’m pleased to report that it is very much on the way back. The fossil fuel slump has helped fire a look at different industries and ways of working, as well as force the city’s eating and drinking scene to step up its game to attract choosier customers.
