Here is my 48 Hours piece on Ponta Delgada, the main settlement in the Azores archipelago, Portugal’s beguilingly remote Atlantic outpost.
It made for an unusual, but deeply fun 48 Hours experience, which took in a bit of the rest of the island around too.
